Quite a bit of action today:

Horses:
Lord Laith - 2nd, but comfortably and never really threatened = -1pt
Tomintoul Star - 3rd = -1pt
Ridley Didley - Lost = -1pt
Forever's Girl - 2nd after running a blinder and finishing strongly. Pipped by a short head after drifting to 18/1 SP = -1pt
Bentley = 2nd by 1/2 length = -1pt
Christmas Aria = Won well and finished strongly as our 2pt bet = +3.5pts

Horse Racing P&L = -1.5pts
Again, a little bit of frustration with 3 selections coming 2nd, and especially as Forever's Girl would have been a big winner!

Football:
Not the best of January's it has to be said!

Gillingham = -1pt
Wigan = -1.5pt
Hayes = -1pt
Fleetwood = -1pt
Yeovil = -1pt

Although a win for Hearts tomorrow will rescue tonight, it doesn't mask over a poor set of results. Not helped of course by Sheff Weds last minute equaliser vs Yeovil to rob us of a big profit on that game.
