Riot Police - 2nd by a length. Have every right to be slightly aggrieved by this narrow loss as (we feel) it was hampered badly in the final furlong. Seen enquiries for less! = -1pt
Happy Hammer - Won by a short head. Ran quite poorly but somehow found the extra pace to steam in, just. Traded 149/1 in-running. = +3.5pts
Layla's Dancer - Won at SP 10/3. Relatively comfortable win, eased towards the finish after pulling away mid-race = +3.333pts
Joe Le Taxi - Lost. Led early on but same paced throughout = -1pt

Carlisle:
Indian Groom - 2nd by a neck after a very strong finish. Looked beaten but ridden hard, just fell short = -1pt

Ludlow:
Restezen D'armor - Lost. Help up early and couldn't find much rhythm. = -1pt

Kempton:
Mandy's Hero - Lost. Led early on but weakened toward the end = -1pt
Ocean Of Peace - 4th and had every chance coming toward the end, but weakened. = -1pt
Blue Cossack - 2nd by a length. Led late on but pipped by the winner who found that little more. = -1pt

Horse Racing P&L = -0.167

An annoying day. If anyone watches the race with Riot Police, one can certainly feel annoyed. Yet again though, three 2nd place finishes, especially with all being by less than a length, is unfortunate. Either way, we look forward to hitting some winners tomorrow!
