Well, make that 3 days of consecutive profit! Our horse racing losses have been wiped out, and we're back into the black on that front. A very welcome return too!
Didn't think it was going to be a decent day at first either...
Dream Function - ran well early doors, but soon blundered and couldn't recover = -1pt
Grand Vizier - never really made much impresion after being behind throughout = -1pt
Spinning Ridge - poor run = -2pt
Yes Chef - 3rd despite a strong finish = -1pt
Hip Hip Hooray - no impression on the race really = -1pt
King Olav - WON at advised price 16/1, so a very nice touch indeed! = +16pts
Reachforthebucks - WON @ advised 1/3 as a 2pt bet = +0.667pts
Total for the day = +10.667pts
Not going to get carried away though and lets hope this small recovery continues.
