A pretty poor day for us here it has to be said.

Harris Tweed started promisingly, but couldn't match the pace to win = -1pt
Bold Bidder just outpaced, 2nd = -1pt
Elmaam took while to get going, but came back well, touch unlucky, 2nd = -1pt
Granny Mcphee 4th = -1pt
Cpt John Nixon 5th = -1pt

Ascot:
A bit better, with two winners, although our 2pt bet was a narrow second at good odds.

Florestans March = -1pt
Winter's Night won at SP 9/1, despite a hampered start, came back well to a good victory = +9pts
Parvana weakened = -1pt
Ermyn Lodge 2nd as our 2pt bet. Possibly the draw cost the win, as was just outpaced = -2pts
Elnawin won at advised 7/1 by a head on the line = +7pts

Hamilton:
3 shorties, neither doing us any good. Have to admit our short price selections are a worry.

Stroabe = -1pt
Fine Style, 3rd = -1pt
Royal Liason 3rd, = -1pt

Ripon:

Granston 3rd, did lead around 1f out, but a narrow loss = -1pt
Pearl Storm ran poorly = -1pt

Overall for the day: A +1pt profit for the day isn't great and with a bit more it could have been much bigger. Short prices selections are letting us down right now.
