Today sees the battle between Frankel and Canford Cliffs in the Sussex Stakes, and it is most certainly an interesting encounter. It is a pity it is only a 4 horse race, but the money suggests Frankel will be the victor today. Personally, I am not backing either, I would say Frankel is short enough, but if ran correctly he should win, hopefully the jockey has learnt from his last ride, when he did nearly enough to get him beat. Canford Cliffs was a very nice 3pt winner for us over Goldikova last time out, and he can certainly pull Frankel back. Definitely one to watch.
