Horse Racing:

Thursday -
Just the three bets

Goldplated weakened = -1pt
Dynamic Duo was going well, but hampered at a crucial part, and didn't put up a challenge after = -1pt
Map Of Heaven WON comfortably by 16l @ advised 4/7 = +0.57

So a small loss at -1.43pts

Friday:

Lilbourne Lad 4th, although not by much, probably just timing his charge too late = -1pt
Theology one paced, despite looking like competing = -1pt
Samitar 3rd, despite a strong looking finish = -1pt
Sir Trevor 3rd, again not by much. Looked to be going well, but pipped = -1pt
Highlife Dancer never in it = -1pt
Holiday Snap 2nd, was smashed into 5/2F from advised 8/1, just short = -1pt

So a couple of 'close' losers, but a -6pt day

Saturday:

Eton Forever 2nd, just losing out late one = -1pt
Marygold WON @ advised 10/3, making all = +3.33pts
Whisky Bravo 2nd to Marygold, = -1pt
Nant Season weakened = -1pt
Red Roar last, hampered, but a poor show = -1pt
Amadeus Denton never in it = -1pt
Lucky Numbers 2nd by 1/2l, just ran out of room to win = -1pt
Kyllachy Spirit WON @ advised 5/1, made all and just held on under pressure = +5pts

So 2 winners, and a small +2.33pts on the day

Sunday:
One bet

Son Du Silence 2nd, just short = -1pt

-1pt for the day

Monday:
With Musselburgh cancelled, just 3 bets ran from the 4.

Tidals Baby 2nd, but a slow start meant never really threatening = -1pt
Comadoir went well, but weakened = -1pt
Just Lille WON, staying on well to pull clear @ 10/3 = +3.33pts

So a small +1.33pts on the day.

Football:


Several bets, and it is nice to get the football side of this blog up and running once more. We felt we were incredibly unlucky last year with certain results, which hampered profits, but we're confident for this season (despite a losing weekend!)

Aldershot drew 1-1 = -1pt
Carlisle lost 1-2 = -1pt
Dagenham lost 3-1 = -1pt
Luton won 2-0 = +0.67pts
Lincoln lost 0-2 = -1pt
Northampton drew 0-0 = -1pt
Istanbul BB won 2-0 = +3.6pts
Feyenoord won 0-2 = +1.25pts
Genclerbirligi lost 3-2 = -1pt
Newport lost 5-0 = -1pt
Levante drew 0-0 = -1pt

So a bit disappointing with -2.48pts loss on the day.

That brings us up to date for now. Likely to be football bets midweek with some lower league English action, and also the daily horse selections.
