Today sees the much anticipated arrival of Black Caviar in the 3.45 Ascot. She is currently circa 2/9 generally, which is much to short to get involved with. However, that is not to say it will certainly be fascinating to see her in action. They love her over in Australia, and I am sure millions of people Down Under will be tuning in to see how she goes. I expect her to win, but she has to beat some very good horses in Moonlight Cloud and Society Rock, who i hope can both push her to her full potential.
That being said, this time last year was a splendid day for the blog with 2pt winner Fox Hunt coming home at 20/1. We have two more 2pt bets today at Ascot, so hopeful of a good day again.
