Football Results

A sickening weekend it has to be said. A host of late goals meant our football plays registered a loss, and i believe these fall into the 'bad beats' category.

Aldershot lost 1-2. They were winning at HT, and registered 19 (10 on target and 9 off) attempts to Macclesfield's 7 (3 on target to 4 off) and were beaten. =-1pt as evens was not achievable
Carlisle drew 2-2. A 88th minute equaliser from Brentford cost us. = -1pt
Swindon drew 3-3. Swindon threw away a 2-0 HT lead, to 2-2, before snatching the lead again with 10 minutes to play, but a 90th minute equaliser cost us. = -1pt
Brommapojkarna drew 3-3. Quite simply the harshest result of the weekend. 3-0 up with 10 minutes to play, and after having a man off in the 77th min, capitulated to concede 3 goals in the last 10minutes, on the 80th, 85th and 93rd min. Gutted, and is our third match in recent times where our selections have let slip a 3 goal advantage = -1pt
Notts County won 3-0. At least this result brought some respectability, which qualified as a 2.5pts bet due to the late drift on their price. Pinnacle's closing line was 2.26 = +3.15pts profit

The advised acca also lost at 0.1pt.

Overall -0.95pts down for the weekend then. It isn't the worst weekend in terms of loss we have had, but it is the manner of the loss which riles the most.
